I believe a cake should be as beautiful as the moment it celebrates.
I was born and raised in Kenya, where food was always part of how we showed love and celebrated together. When I moved to Woodbridge, New Jersey, I carried that same spirit into my baking.
Every item I make is 100% eggless. Not as a limitation, but as a promise that more people can gather around the same table and enjoy something truly delicious. It's one of the reasons I've built such a close relationship with many Swaminarayan families across New Jersey.
From wedding tiers to themed birthday cakes and Diwali creations, I approach each order the same way: I listen to your ideas, design with intention, and create something that feels personal to your event.
I serve celebrations across all of New Jersey and New York. Past orders have gone to Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
This is not a factory line. Every order is made by hand and made to order. When you work with Cakes by Ashni, you are working directly with me from first message to final pickup.
